Great for folks who style or make wigs for us big head people. I have a rather large head and the styrofoam heads made it awkward to cut and style wigs. However, this handy item solved the problem since it mimics my head the curls and cuts are just like it's on my head. If you cut a big wig on a little head your cuts may be off...I'm not a pro. This is a must is you have a big head. Before I tried to stretch and pin the wig, but this is so much easier. It is fabric, so I cover it with a heavy trash bag for coloring. Very well made. I use it with a tripod (separate purchase). Personally, I don't use a lot of t-pins or leave them stuck in the fabric.
