Even one star is generous. I would have given them no star if that was an option.The dresser seems to be put together in someone's backyard with whatever pieces of woods they could find, assembled together free hand without a set blueprint. The woods used are not sand and polished, thus having many splinters or chances of getting poke by splinters. They paid attention to making the outside look nice but the inside look messy...this you can see when you lift up the dresser to one side and look underneath. There are loose support beams and staples being exposed. You can see the side panels of the dresser drawers being rough and the boards not fitting properly. Even ikea dressers are better made, even with their reputation...that's saying a lot. The exterior is just stain brown. Again just looking underneath the dresser, you can see how poor the craftsmanship is. At least have the bottom of the dresser enclosed. I thought the price I pay for this dresser meant I was getting a premium well built item....not even close. Return policy also reflects the quality of the dresser you are buying...TERRIBLE!!!Okay I was worried after reading the reviews that this would arrive broken… but my goodness it’s beautiful and packaged really good. Delivery guys were super nice and brought it as close to the room I needed it in as they could. Overall great experience with this dresser. Its made of real wood and I love the smell of it! You can tell it’s a quality piece. Im so happy I found this at a cheaper price on Amazon instead of wayfair!!!Product is cheap wood and not at all the quality that I paid for.This piece is made in Mexico, and if you are from Texas, you know that means it is rustic. That is not a bad thing. It looks great in my rustic/farmhouse bedroom, and my husband loves it. We bought the bed and nightstands also. No, it is not a finely finished piece of furniture. It isn't meant to be. If rustic is not your aesthetic, then I would pass. If it is, then it's a great dresser, made of pine and pretty darn nice.So subpar they cannot see the par line. They do not care about quality or durability. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM PROGRESSIVE FURNITURE!! All three pieces we bought of a different color were broken in many pieces because of the VERY CHEAP construction!! So cheap we And flimsy, we broke it more just moving them!
