I bought this jacket for my husband about a year ago. It's Carhart so if you're familiar with the brand you know it's a good jacket. This jacket fits him really well and it's light weight like I wanted. My only complaint is price, Carhart are quite expensive in my opinion. In the long run the jacket will hold up and I won't have to buy another so if I look at it that way, I guess it's not a bad price.While it's a great jacket it's not a coat, be sure to either buy or have extra layers like a heavy flannel to go with it.Work would be better if cheaper but a very good jacket.What I like about this jacket.. It's water resistance & light weight, easy to wear for outdoors activities. Thnx for the nice looking jacket.Not too hot, not too cold, just right for Texas winter. With temperature swings of +/- 30 degrees from morning to afternoon, this jacket stays comfortable all day. Waterproofing is very good still after a few rounds in the washing machine. Does not wrinkle up like some other jackets I own.My husband LOVES it! It fit perfect and looks great!Light jacket kept me dry during heavy rainfall and warm in the winter cold temperatures. That’s a tough jacket that is built to combat the weather very pleased worth every pennyLiked everything about the jacket, but its sized a bit small/fitted for a work jacket thru the chest and torso. More than a t-shirt on and freedom of movement isn't great. I have alot of carhartt jackets, shirts, etc. In this size, first one to fit this snug. Other than that, I love the style, durability, and weight.I bought this jacket as my go to outer shell for the colder months as it provides durability, water resistance, wind resistance and many useful pockets. It has withstood four months of roofing abuse and now has tar and caulking stains for days, giving it a nice work jacket look, yet the constant abrasion of shingles hasn't created any issues as of yet. I will update if any issues occur.I bought this jacket on Amazon without ever seeing one in person. Its a light jacket, more of a spring/fall type. I love it. I'm 5'11 205 lbs, 36 waste. I wasn't sure if I should order a large or an XL. I ended up ordering the Large and it fits great! Not to snug, a little room to move.One thing I will say is the Tarmac color depicted in this add looks Browner than the jacket is. The Tarmac color is a little more of an earthy green color.... I really like this jacket!Usually I feel that with carhartt you get what you pay for... I seen somebody wearing this hoodie, and figured I’d try it, I was pretty dissatisfied. For 1 it fit quite small, but maybe the slight stretch in the fabric is supposed to make up for it? Also.
