Really nicer than I expected for the price. The material is soft and thick enough so you cannot see through it. Although it's 40% polyester, it feels like all cotton. The colors on the shirt I got were well done and tasteful. Construction seemed perfect. I was a little apprehensive about the size to order. I've been wearing Carhartt all cotton knit shirts in a 2XL and I like the generous sizing especially during the hot, humid days of summer. Many times knit shirts are sized to fit more snugly than I prefer. I looked online for Izod sizing charts and it seems Izod has several charts that are inconsistent with each other so that was no help at all. Neither was Amazon's generic size chart. I took a chance and ordered 3XL. When the shirt got here, I tried it on and it was considerably larger than I expected, however, I decided to take another chance. Although the shirt has polyester content, I hoped it would shrink a bit. I ran it through the laundry--cold water wash, delicate cycle--and dried it on low heat, delicate. After washing and drying, the shirt fits exactly as I like--comfortably loose with enough room to shrink a little more if that happens. I don't know how others like their knit shirts to fit so I cannot say you should order a size larger but it worked out well for me.Even though there had been a price increase, I liked this shirt enough to order three more. It's a really nice shirt.My husband loves this shirt. The length is perfect, not too long. Curious if anyone else noticed that the colors of the inside of the shirt is brighter than the outside, seems like the shirt was sewn inside out. The 1st pic is the outside and the 2nd is a pic of the inside...Great shirt! Feels really comfortable and soft. Good length and color. As a big guy, I would say the fit and finish is spot on. The shirt does not look like other ill designed shirts. It doesn't fall out like a dress that many manufacturers seem to do with clothing for big men. I highly recommend purchasing. Definitely will buy more.But it hasn't been washed yet so cannot comment on if it shrinks or not. Hope not. Otherwise I do like it.Happy w/ the way the shirt fit. They definitely shrink a bit in the washer, and can't be stretched out much afterwards.I love the colors,, I went to a club and everybody commented on my shirt about how pretty the colors are,,I also got a couple of phone numbers and some kisses too !!!!The only drawback is the collar.
