This isn't that sturdy, but it's what I was expecting for the price! The assembly is very easy but a little time consuming. However I absolutely love this and will probably be using and enjoying it for a long time. I did notice a lot of reviews that said theirs had a bad chemical smell to it. Mine did but it was minimally noticeable.Dislike that it takes 3 hours to assemble, you need your own tools, & paint is chipped off.This is an absolute piece of junk. While I wasn’t expecting a handcrafted masterpiece at this price, I also wasn’t expecting it to be of worse quality than what you could find at a Kmart going out of business sale. It is a complete piece of trash. You are much better off going to a thrift sale and painting a piece to your liking. Heck, you could probably find something better by driving around your neighborhood and seeing what had been left on the curb. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I promise you, I am not a fussy person - it really is that bad.Darling dresser, but it smells terrible. The quality is not great but it works fine for the price. Easy to follow building instructions.This dresser is only designed to hold 11 pounds on the top of the dresser and 11 pounds on each of the drawers. This was not listed anywhere on the Amazon website description on the product. It was listed on the manufacture’s assembly guide that came with the dresser. I also called the manufacturer to confirm this was the case and they confirmed it. I would reconsider buying this dresser if you plan to put anything of real weight on or in the dresser.This dresser was easy to assemble by myself and went together fairly quick under the close supervision of my cat. There were a few spots with not predrilled screw starts so I would highly recommend a drill if you have one so you can make your own to prevent chipping/cracking. With that it went together easily. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and it is sturdy once assembled. Great piece for the price.Sturdy and holds a lot of items. Looks great in my room. I, also, have the matching nightstands. It does show finger prints. Not difficult to put together, but if you do it by yourself it will take a lot longer. Great piece. The seller responded quickly and helped a lot when I ordered two by accident.
