Hanes Men's Big & Tall Knit Sleep Shorts (Pack of 2) - Soft & Comfortable Lounge Shorts for Relaxing at Home, Sleeping, or Traveling

I bought these because I own a pair of Hanes knit pajama shorts that are at least five years old but still holding up like a champ. Other than a little fading from hundreds of washings and some fraying around the drawstrings, they still fit and look great. I figured it's time to buy a new set, so I ordered these. I was a little reluctant to order XL because I read several reviews that said XL was too big. Well, my older Hanes are 2XL size and these XL's seem to be the same size in the waist but slightly wider and longer in the legs. I like the larger size because my older 2XL Hanes were rather smallish to be honest. They fit more like a regular Large than a 2XL. These XL's fit just right and feel like a true XL, with just the right amount of space and bagginess. They look and feel like true pajama shorts rather than boxers, which my older Hanes felt like. I have a 38-40 waist and the XL's fit me just fine. If you have a 34-36 waist, you'll definitely want to go large or maybe even medium.I like the shorts without a drawstring so why don’t they offer a package without a drawstring?Love these! I knocked off a star only because they're actually a little TOO big (6'4 260 here). The standard XLtall size is the one, so I ended up sending back the two packs of XXLT, they're enormous! Very soft, stretchy, comfortable. It is hard to find these type of shorts and I'm glad I came across the Hanes brand.One small gripe about quality: The drawstring seems to fray quickly after a couple uses. Not a big deal as long as it doesn't snap, but something I noticed. Won't prevent me from buying more when I need them.Men should not lie...we buy these "sleep shorts" for one reason only! Not that they're comfy, fit good, look good but they are legit pee absorber comforters! You don't have to go to bed with wet boxers anymore! Stay dry with these thick towel boxers!I wanted some long lightweight jersey knit boxer shorts to sleep in but these were not only huge but the cut was just without any style. Just because they are men's doesn't mean that they can't taper the legs a little so that it doesn't look like you're wearing a tablecloth. These might work great if you are BIG and TALL, but if you are just TALL, I think they might look rather huge.I like them but they are a bit bigger than I expected. The grey has a drawstring, the black does not. So they grey fit better. If I ordered again, I would go down a size.I really like these knit shorts to sleep in, however without a draw string the black pair can pretty much only be worn when/if you're willing to let them fall off.I bought these for sleep shorts as women's sleep short are toooo short and=d don't fit well. So far so good the are cool and comfortable which is what I was looking for
